You do not normally have to advise us if you wish to sell your flat.  The exception to this is if you have bought you flat under the 'right to buy' or 'right to aquire' scheme and are selling within the repayment period, in which case you will have to repay a percentage of the sale.  Your solicitor will advise you of the amount.  The purchaser will have to register the sale with us within one month of completion.

Your solicitor will normally contact us asking us to complete a Bournemouth and District Law Society Form.  This form asks for information regarding, Service Charges, Decoration, Insurance.  There is a fee that we charge for providing this information, which the solicitor will ask you for.
