Planned maintenance

We regularly carry out certain maintenance work.  Each year we produce a programme of work we plan to do. If you would like more information about any work we plan to do to your home, please contact our Planned Maintenance team. We also carry out more regular maintenance work to our homes, such as gas servicing.

Gas safety

As a landlord we have to service your gas appliances once a year and you must allow us access to your home.  If you do not, you are breaking your tenancy agreement and we will take out an injunction so we can get into your home.

Adapting our homes for disabled people

We can alter or add to your home so that it easier for a disabled person to use.
The help you can get to adapt your home will depend on what work you need doing and how much money you have.
