We own and manage sheltered housing accommodation that has been built or converted for people over 55, people with specialist needs or people who need disabled accommodation and who want to live independently.
We are committed to providing our sheltered residents with a caring environment to live in, while not intruding on their privacy.
To help our sheltered residents live independently and also to meet their individual needs, we provide the following services.
- A 24-hour emergency alarm service
- Weekly visits from sheltered housing officers
- A shared lounge and laundry room (in some schemes only), and
- Trained sheltered-housing staff, who will work with various agencies when needed.
Each sheltered housing resident will also have a support plan, which is a written agreement between the resident and us that details the level and quality of support needed to enable them to live independently in their home.
To continuously review our sheltered housing service we have a forum of sheltered residents who meet on a regular basis to see how we can improve the service for our sheltered housing residents. If you would like more information or wish to become involved with the forum, please contact us.
