You can report ASB to us by clicking here and filling out our online form, your report will be sent to your resident services officer and they will contact you shortly, or you can phone us 24/7 on 0800 169 56 86.
Apart from collecting rent, our Resident Services team deals with every aspect of managing a resident’s tenancy, such as:
- dealing with antisocial behaviour (ASB)
- working with external agencies (on ASB and other tenancy matters)
- general tenancy issues
- taking legal and court action because of tenancy breaches (including access for gas servicing)
- keeping pets
- dealing with requests to assign and succeed tenancies
- abandoned properties and illegal occupiers
- mutual exchanges and ‘incentive to move’ scheme
- ‘right to buy’ and ‘right to acquire’ schemes
- buying a home through shared-ownership schemes
- general enquiries about long leases
- Garage tenancies
- viewings and sign ups
- carrying out visits to new tenants and tenancy review visits.

Estate visits
Last year our programme of estate visits helped us to understand your priorities and to check that we are meeting our service standards. As a result, we made various repairs and improvements to homes we visited.
Estate visits involve a team of senior staff and a resident board member going to a scheme or group of properties. We look at all areas of tenancy management including communal cleaning, health and safety issues, neighbour nuisance, grounds maintenance, repairs and car parking. We also listen to any individual problems that you may be experiencing in your homes.
Here is the programme of visits for this year. Two weeks before each visit takes place, we will send out individual letters to the residents in each area telling you what time we are arriving and giving you a chance to book some time with the team. If you can’t meet us on the day, you can fill in the form we send with the letter to tell us any of your concerns.

Environmental services
Our Environmental Services Team looks after the landscape, grounds and common areas surrounding our properties. This includes:
- cutting the grass
- cleaning shared areas
- gardening in shared areas
- carrying out walkabouts in shared areas on our estates
- making environmental improvements
- getting rid of abandoned vehicles
- removing graffiti
- removing bulky waste and litter, and
- maintaining garage sites.
